I learned to identify threats and deal with them as a SEAL. Then I taught self-defense to women and men for use in everyday life. A friend asked me to prepare his daughter for real life as she left home for college. I used years of personal safety experience to create a unique approach focused on helping her be safer. 800+ girls and women have taken the course and report they have avoided rape and worse using Not Me! concepts. Through books and training we are committed to empower women, prevent pain and save lives.
